  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the following business day.

  • Delivery timeline: All domestic shipments take 3 to 5 business days to arrive after dispatch.
  • Standard delivery: Shipping fees start from R150, depending on the total weight of your purchase. The exact amount will be calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Free shipping: We offer free standard delivery on all orders above R1,300.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
  • Confirmation email: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.


  • Tracking activation: Tracking links usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Delivery Exceptions and Issues
  • Remote areas: Delivery to outlying or rural areas may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
  • Damaged or lost packages: If your package arrives damaged, please save the packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
